- Swim: The Sprint swim is a 500 yard swim in the Snohomish Aquatic Center indoor pool. Swimmers will share a lane with one other swimmer. Each swimmer will have their own side of the lane with no interference with other swimmers. This is a 10 lane 25 yard competition pool at a comfortable but competitive 80 degrees. The super sprint is a 320 yard swim and will be held in the recreation pool which is 20 yards and a warmer 86 degrees.
- Bike: The bike course rolls out thru historic Snohomish passing under Hwy 9 into the Snohomish Valley. The bike course will follow the Snohomish River surrounded by beautiful farmlands along Riverview Road and Swans Road, and will turn around on Home Acres Road. This out and back course is not a thru road and mostly farmlands so traffic is very low. The course is fast and flat for a total of 13.5 miles.
- Run: The runners leave transition headed east out the SAC entrance, across the street to the Centennial Trail. Runners head North along the Centennial Trail to the turn around at 3 Lakes Road. The route is an out and back 3.1 mile run on the trail to finish back around the track at the SAC. ) route.
- Transition: The transition area will be in located outside of the SAC. Full changing facilities, showers and locker rooms are available in the pool area if you prefer to change clothes prior to the bike. Please note the time will not stop for your transition as it is part of the overall race time.
